Works well just what I expected it will do. The blades were sharp enough and handle is easy to hold. Only thing i would change is the width of the chisel on the wooden handle to a shorter size. That way i can easily push the residue off the commercial griddle into the trap. All otherwise it serves it's duty.

I love to cook on a griddle.. I use a griddle regularly when tailgating before football games... Both breakfast type foods and "hibachi" style cooking are great changes to typical tailgate fare.But - especially when I am tailgating - I may "forget" to get around to the cleaning... Too much fun to stop and clean ;)This scraper makes clean up awesome. Griddles can be a pain to clean, but this thing works great. It totally reminds me of going to a hibachi restaurant and seeing them clean the HUGE griddles they cook on.. I just really never connected the dots to seeing them do that with the fact that I could get a cleaner just like theirs... Until I saw this.This is another example of a product that you just don't know you need until you have it... A great gift type item for people who like to cook with griddles but hate cleanup.Glad I found it!

I installed a griddle on two thirds of my grill surface this past summer. It certainly gives you more cooking flexibility and allows for more variety in you BBQ menu. However, I found you have more, longer clean ups versus using a grill alone. That is where this tool comes in handy. It help you clean the baked on “carbon “ from your cooking, and does it e. in a manner that is designed to be easy and effective. Good value, good tool to have. Highly recommended

Without question, this is the best griddle scraper I have owned. Assembly takes 2 minutes, you get a total of 5 blades, the construction is solid aluminum, and it works great. Also included is a smaller slanted edge scraper with a wooden riveted handle for scraper in a tighter space. The handle is long and, when holding the knob closer to the end of the scraper, you really do get some leverage when you scrape the griddle. Make sure to scrape while the griddle is hot and pour some water on the griddle when using to help loosen the gunk that has been caked on. I took off a star because I did not receive the 2 washers that were supposed to be included and used with the wing nuts when securing the blade to the handle.

Simple, sturdy and easy to use. By holding bottom of handle on grill, as designed, the angle of the scraping blade is perfect. Fastest way to clean a grill. Use scrapper first and a quick rub with grill brick - grill is perfect clean and ready to go. Grill clean four times faster.

Hey everyone, Dori here. Fantastic griddle scraper kit. It’s actually very nice and easy to use. Cleans/scrapes with ease, fits nicely in your hand no matter who uses it. Made well with good quality material and is heavy duty. Worth it, recommended.
