Installation Procedure
1.Mark the hole location with a pen.
2.Drill 4 holes with a 8 mm drill bit in the wall.
3.Insert the yellow expansion pipes in the holes.
4.Fix the pulley with the self-tapping screws.

Love the fact that this pulley can be disabled. This allows the hook of the pulley rope or cable to pass through the pulley without disconnecting the hook from the cable or rope.

These pulley wheels are mighty fine. Built a deer hoist, lifted three deer at once. Pulleys accept different diameters of cable or rope. Super strong. I used a 3/8"synthetic boat winch rope.

Used these on a lift rack I built for deer skinning and replacing blades on my zero turn mower. They roll incredibly smoothly and can handle all the heavy things I need to lift vertically. Highly recommend.

I’ve installed these pulleys for pull downs and rows in my limited space garage area. They work great. I’m doing The Pump workout program and can pretty much meet all the equipment needed without going to a gym. I bought 2 more to install for doing a few other exercises that take up a longer but narrower open area.
