  • TIP MAY WEAR DOWN: Tip is made of cotton, pressing too hard will damage tip. Contact seller for replacement tips if needed
  • SHAKE ONLY WITH CAP ON: Tip is removable and may fall out if shaken hard, only shake pen with cap on (note - Pen does not need to be shaken at all, instead gently pump tip to activate)
  • DRY TIP: Pen needs to be primed before use, all new GROUT PENs come with a dry white tip. To activate gently pump the tip (20-30 times) until fully saturated

How To Use GROUT PEN

First activate the pen on a scrap piece of paper (by rapidly pumping tip 30+ times) to get the liquid flowing easily. After the tip is fully saturated, gently draw on the grout line the same as you would with a marker. No need to push the tip into the grout while dragging it across the grout line.

You can see the before and afters of the grout lines. This pen is so easy to use. Shake it. Press down until you have a light paint flow. Color the grout lines. If you get some in the tiles be sure to have a damp paper towel and the paint wipes right off the tiles. Incredibly easy to use. Yes, the paint tip will start to wear but this is grout and it is a rough surface. The tip wearing down did not affect the use at all. I bought a sealant to use over the grout paint now that it has dried ... and does not wipe off after dried. Hope this helps.

It might work if after doing one or two tiles, the tip didn't stop working. Tried 3 pens and barely was able to do 1/100 of my tiles because all 3 pens stopped working. Waste of money.

This stuff does not work. After shaking and following directions, you only get about 6 " out. Then shake again Trying to cover old grout in the shower. Lines going up and down are a little better to fill. Lines going verticle almost impossible, the grout filler does not come out of the pen. Wasted my money.
