I sew hunting products. All of the fabrics I sew are waterproof with polyurethane coating. When you are putting layers of seams together they become very thick. These needles penetrates the layers with ease. I used them in seeing factory and still use them on my industrial machine at home.

It took me several weeks to figure out why my machine was performing so poorly. Finally figured out it was these needles. They are too short by such a small amount that I didn’t make the connection at first. After very thorough inspection I noticed some of the needles had burrs when I took them out of the package. Will not buy again. I did not contact the company because it took a long time after the purchase for me to discover the problem for my machines performance. Another brand of needles has worked out perfectly and saved me a costly visit to the repair man that I didn’t need
