Took a bit of fooling around to figure out I had to “push in and turn “ to remove the old light. (Should have @You Tubed it). But though it took several tries, I got it installed and works fine.

I got these bulbs for a vent hood. They really light up my stove. They were easy to change. I expect these will light things up for a long while. I love the post because I feel they will stay still longer and will give it longer life of the bulbs.

I needed 6 so wasn't going pay $10 each. These are not as bright as xenon but adequate. If they last, I will give a full 5.

What I didn't appreciate was the lens or protective glass cover were not fastened correctly to the lamp body and lens kept falling off. Two of the six were defective, but I didn't want to be bothered with exchanges, credit et al. After all lamps were inexpensive, I needed lamps immediately, and vowed not to buy from seller again. Then I received a reply to my review and seller offered to replace or refund the lamps. I selected a refund and it was handled immediately. I am grateful to sellers who read and respond to customer, making sure the order was corrected and/or make the customer happy. I would support this seller again.

I just bought a 6 pack and I immediately replaced the old one I had and within a couple of hours it stopped working. Bulb #2 the same. Bulb #3 still working so far.

These bulbs do not last. After 6 months, 3 of the 4 bulbs I installed originally are already blown out. The previous bulbs I had lasted for years. Garbage!

In the picture the lights on the left are Home Depot 50 watt and on the right Amazon 50 watt but the Home Depot ones are brighter. Strange!
