I decided to try my hand at making homemade french fries and grabbed this 2 pack because it was highly rated. I am amazed at how well made and strong these cutters are. I can slice through large russet potatoes and also sweet potatoes with ease. I am very impressed with this product.

It is great for crinkle fries, but a no go for waffle fries.It is big, which is great for big taters. It is sharp and easy to cut.

They’re perfect! They’re easy to use, sturdy, nice grip so you don’t slip, sharp enough for tons of potatoes, and wide enough to cut big russet potatoes. I cut cheese with it, any chance I have!

I run a childcare and am having so much fun using these knives to cut many food products. We’ve had pound cake cut into French fries, cucumbers and carrots cut into wavy pieces, etc. The kids want everything cut with these knives and LOVE having crusts removed from their sandwichesâ£ï¸.They are sharp, easy to use, and have a wonderful wooden handles for an easy grip. I would definitely recommend them.

We were visiting family for an extended period time and had left our curved chopper at home. Ordered these due to price point. I found the wooden handle's square edges were not comfortable and the inability to rock it for chopping made the process slower.

Blade leaves metallic residue on food! Most likely because the metal is a mixture or unknown metals or mostly Aluminum. Due to the undisclosed metals, I fear it could contain LEAD and is unsafe. Very disappointing. Real stainless steel (as advertised) does not leave this kind of residue. NOTE: cheese is not moldy; it was fresh and inspected prior to cutting - the residue is completely from blade (blade was throughly hand washed prior to use).
