I pack in my own sausage recipe. I fill it up about 3/4 full. Puts out great links that cook up great in an air fryer. Very easy to use. Spray with non stick spray for easy clean up after. You could use it with any store bought bulk sausage to be more cost effective than buying pre made links. Plus I hate breakfast sausage links that come in a casing. My tip is to pack in the sausage tightly before pushing out the links, and transfer to pan carefully. As they cook they will hold together nicely.

The only thing that would have made it better is if it came with a plastic scraper like for dough, to cut the ends loose from the unit. Otherwise it works exactly as hoped. Made things faster for sure when doing 100 of them.

I tried twice to make cevaps with this product and all it achieved was make a mess. The sausages are so thin, they break. The meat goes everywhere. I'll stick with moulding them by hand in future.
