These things are great! I make my pizza dough from scratch, right on the silicone mats. I then use a puzza peeler to place the mat with pizza on top, on a heated stone in the oven. When the pizza is done, I use the peeler between the mat and pizza and place on my cutting board. The pizza doesn't stick to the silicone mat. This works out really good for me.

Purchased these to make tortillas in the microwave. They work fine but some of the batter still sticks to them. Not a big issue as the tortillas still come off without holes in them but have to clean them before using again if I'm making a larger batch. Easy to use and clean. Have used 4-5 times and appear durable. Would purchase again.

The thickness and feel of the material are prefect for my microwave turntable. It stays in place until I remove it to clean. Cleans nice. It is a little bit smaller than the turntable - 5/8" gap. I like that there isn't the clank of glass of the cookware to the turntable. Easier to clean the mat.

I use the 8" one in my air fryer. Fits perfectly! The 9" one I use to cover my 8" egg pan. I hate burnt eggs so I cook on a medium low temp. By covering with this, they firm up nicely without the bottoms burning.
