I own a white colored 4-door sedan. So any blemishes on the finish will show up prominently. While I am extremely careful with opening all car doors, not just my own, other occupants are not as concerned. By other occupant, I mean my wife. Despite my repeated admonishments and ensuing arguments, she continues to strike the garage wall with my doors. While I do not care about the gouges on the wall, I get extremely upset about dents on my door. Naturally I was very excited to see this product show up in my list of Amazon recommendations. Why had I not sought out this kind of product years ago escapes me.These panels are very light weight and soft. They are made with the same EVA foam material that flip flops are made from. After I wiped down the targeted spot on the wall, I slapped these on. They are indeed VERY sticky just as the manufacturer had claimed. I had not made any attempt to peel them off, so am not sure whether they would pull down the dry wall with it if one attempts to peel it away. Well, that's a problem for the next owner of the house, for I have zero desire to remove them. The panels are large enough to provide adequate coverage for slight variations in the parking position and ride height of my car. And the simulated wood grain design appear so convincingly realistic. Every time I walk past them I feel the urge to touch/rub them to see if they are real. IMO, these look way better than the black or white versions made by this same company.I love these foam panels. They will protect the door/wall and may even potentially save marriages. I highly recommend them.

These Wood Grain Garage Wall Protectors are a life saver. Our garage has always felt a bit tight for two cars. An extra foot would make a world of difference. I back in and my wife pulls in so we can get out of our cars easier. We still had to worry about hitting the walls though, especially if tryi g to juggle coffe cups and bags. I had considered cutting a yoga mat in half and tacking that to each wall where our doors open but always thought there had to be a better way. We both dislike the idea of putting some edges on the car doors. We have nice cars, that edging typically looks tacky. These door protectors are the answer. They are thick, and up close you can tell they are made of foam but the wood grain gives it a decent look at distances. A solid color would be good too but I can see the idea here. The adhesive is holding great, even in the colder weather. It is strong enough it would likely peel the paint off the walls upon removal of the pads, but I'm not taking them down soon, so no worry The foam is a good thickness. About an inch. Better than my yoga mat idea. And it is a good medium density, giving extra reassurance to the degree of protection. Good value to keep doors from getting scratched or dinged. Worth it.

Great solution, simple and super effective. It is soft enough to not damage a the car door. The adhesive stuck rather quickly to the drywall with no issue, the wood grain finish give it an interesting look in comparison to the usual black other solutions. It does definitely protect my car door and look nice.Reduced 1 star because not all panels had the same wood design, which took away from the flow and for anyone with OCD this will not work, outside of that they are really nice with great visibility

I don't know how they can manufacturer these. It's a dead-on ringer for an actual wooden board. The "wood grain" seems molded into the dense, closed cell rubber and not simply something like glued on paper. They're also pretty much perfect for absorbing shock in a vast variety of applications. I've already bought these separately, 3 times. I really like how versatile they are. They aren't weak at all. But offer essentially "just the right amount" of stiff resiliency. Currently, they're a good value for the money. And the adhesive backing has proven very strong on essentially everything I stick them to. (Usually on plastics for me.) They're supposed to be cut-able but I haven't tried it.

With a great finish and great protection against door dings in you garage, it is spongy and sturdy.I placed mine on concrete and they are sticking and hanging on perfectly. The width is perfect and peeling off the adhesive is a little annoying, but once it is applied, it is there for the long haul.Great price with fast shipping, easily recommend and 5 Stars all the way!

When you have a truck, it makes having nice garage walls nearly impossible. I have hit the wall with the truck door so many times that we gave up on the sheetrock. I cleaned the wall and suck two of these panels on to both hide the marks and mitigate the damage. These obviously aren't real wood and aren't going to fool anyone, but they look a hundred times better than a damaged wall. They are thick and sturdy and the adhesive is holding strong. It has been a week and well below freezing in the garage with no sign of falling off.Having a four-pack is great since we park different cars on that side of the garage in the summer and winter. We'll have bumpers wherever we need them.

Not bad, looks like a cheap unfinished pine board. So if you want that look but without being able to line up the grain they're fine. Otherwise it's a dense foam and a strong adhesive. I put two of them over the bottom of my basement stairs where inattention can cause a serious bonk. They stand out to remind you the ceiling is there and they offer protection if you fail to notice. They would work great for car doors in a garage but if I could order again I'd skip the wood grain. It just doesn't quite look right, especially if you put them next to each other. Unless you have a lot of unpainted 2x4s in your garage.
