Bought 2 sets for 2 different window sizes. I have 2-12ft wide patio door/windows that face the west & get the hottest sunsets ever. I already had upstairs, traditional blackout curtains, but bc of the sun/heat, it was still hot in that room(again12ft is the length of the window x 84 inches height). Added liner with provided rings to the backside of original curtains, immediately could tell a difference in the heat. Ditto for my downstairs space(12ft x 96 inch window/patio door) heavy blackout velvet curtains 108" length. I was just trying to reduce heat in these 2 spaces, but if you are looking to get total blackout, I would recommend to purchase 1.5 width to 2x the width of your window & hang( if possible) above the window by 1-2inches & extend sides. The light was not my issue, but due to placement of original curtain rod, slight light escapes top of curtain. If placed higher 2", originally, then would be full blackout liner. Very happy with the quality & workmanship. I bought white for downstairs & light gray for upstairs. Depending on placement, may need to buy larger diameter rings. My rod was 1 3/4" in diameter. Looks great on the exterior.

They block some light, but they do not truly block out light. My first set of these exact curtains several years ago were true blackout curtains. These just dull the light.

Great blackout liner- no smell out of package and blocks sunlight (i.e. fulfills purpose). Pleased with purchase and would purchase again.

These are just regular nylon curtains. There is nothing about them that makes them blackout curtains. Light comes through easily. They are not thermally insulated either. What a misleading title. Also, they come with binder clips to attach to your curtain rod. Cheap all around. Should have cost $5 not $25

Super pratique à installer sur la barre de rideau. Très opaque ,la lumière du jour ne passe plus et par rapport au froid ; très efficace également !

Facile à poser. Vient doubler efficacement les rideaux. Le modèle en noir est performant pour masquer la lumière.
