These pencils are nice. For the price, you get a large variety & a nice case to keep them stored in. The "pages" of the case are velcro'd in, so you can take them all out without removing the pencils from their holders. The pencils color in smoothly (I'm just coloring in coloring books) and I find it easy to shade in areas of interest. They do the job without spending a fortune & a better one than the super cheap $10 pencils you get at craft stores. I only wish they had sharpened them to a nice pointy tip to begin with.

The variety of colors in this set is amazing--as is the price! The colors go down beautifully and can easily be layered, creating new colors or deepening a color already down. The travel case is really nicely made and it keeps the colors nicely organized. Not one tip came broken in delivery. Which was crazy considering this was shipped in a clear cello bag, showing the contents, and NOT in a box! Really, Amazon? The pencils contain a softer 'lead', but they are not as soft as a Prisamacolor. This is exactly what I was looking for!

I love these pencils. They color as nice maybe even better than the expensive ones but with a cheaper price. My sister told me about then. I bought her a second set for her birthday and bought me one. I am going to buy me another set I love them that much. Don't buy expensive pencils when you can buy these at a less of a price

They are good pencils and the binder is amazing. It's so organized and the pages are velcro so you can take out just the one you need.However, I did have a repeat color. So really only 179 colors.
