This is a very nice dress coat for my 11 year old son. It is true to the picture. It came folded up in a bag. I put it in the dryer for a bit and that took care of the wrinkles. It isn't very heavy or light it is right in the middle. He could where it in the Indiana winter. It was a good value for the money.

Nice coat! It’s lightweight for fall weather. It’s NOT a thick wool coat or heavy fabric for winter. It’s a medium weight synthetic fabric coat. It’s not insulated. But it’s “stylish†and well made.It has a nice lining. It’s sewn very well. The fabric is soft and nice feeling. The lining is soft as well. Not crinkly, crunchy, or scratchy. The coat doesn’t fit my (slender) 13yr old’s arms as well as she’d like (the coat is a bit short in the arms for her) - but the coat measurements are exactly according to the size chart for the 160 (13-14yr) size. So I’d say size up in regards to age, or measure your child (if you know how to do tailoring measurements), or their favorite coat, and order based off of comparing that. My kid just turned 13 and is very slender, and the coat fits her torso but is short in the arms. If it were smaller, she probably couldn’t wear it at all because of the shoulders.

I bought this coat, in navy color and size 13-14 years, for my slim and tall 12-year-old, and it fits him well. The style is very nice and suits him perfectly. The fabric is soft and comfortable. However, I’m not a fan of the color—it looks worn out rather than sharp. I was hoping for a more polished and vibrant navy blue for a crisp look. Overall, the fit and style are great, but the color could be improved.

The jacket is very stylish and should be pretty warm, given the weight. It's just a little too big for my 5 year old but I'm sure he'll grown into it very shortly. The liner is fine, and the jacket's "premium fabric blend" is 90% polyester with 8% viscose (rayon) and 2% elastane (spandex), so be aware if you're allergic to synthetics.The jacket hardware showed no damage and the finish seems strong. The jacket came stuffed in a bag and was heavily wrinkled. Even after washing and tumble drying, wrinkles and creases still persist so it will require a low heat iron job.
