We live in California, so it doesn’t get very cold. But some mornings it does dip into the 40s. My niece loves it. It keeps her warm. It is soft plus it’s her favorite color. She’s had it for a few months and it’s still her absolute favorite.

My granddaughter put this on at Christmas and hardly takes it off! It is oversized, which she likes but cozy. I have had to reinforce a few seams because the material is fragile and pulls away from the stitching but she happily asks me to repair her favorite jacket.
