Basic structure
All made of food grade stainless steel, safe to use.
Usage method
Step 1
Select the meat you like and chop it into minced meat. Put the minced meat into a container.
Step 2
Put in a spring press plate and cover it.
Step 3
Put the meat press into the pot and simmer for 2-3 hours at low heat.
Step 4
After cooking, take out the meat press. Cool it and place it in the refrigerator until the meat becomes cooler. Take out the meat press and pour warm water on it to easily remove the meat.

I loved how easy it is to use this. I made a pork and beef mix deli meat and it turned out amazing. My only dislike was the thermometer didn't function properly. I took it out and used my old faithful one I had already and checked the temp after cooking 2 and half hours and the one that came with it only had the internal temp at 120 where mine was at 165. Big difference and I know mine is accurate I use it daily baking breads.Other than the thermometer it's a great investment for getting my family away from processed foods.

I’ve been slowly switching to homemade. The one thing my household loves is lunch meat! It’s very easy to use. There isn’t any crack so cleaning is easy and I’m able to make delicious lunch meat! Highly recommend!

This works great!!!! When chicken breasts are on sale, I make chicken deli meat adding whatever spices I want. The delicious possibilities are endless!!

She and me are carnivores so try and source grass fed, crap free, protein. This mold has helped out a lot since we know exactly what is going into our food. We have even used this to make carnivore chips by cutting it on a slicer and then drying the slices.
