Easy way to make the perfect patty. Season the meat with your favorite ingredients, put in the container press it and the seal it. Using the liners that come with it lets them pop right out when you're ready to cook them. I freeze them and they are the perfect size for that optimum bun to patty ratio.

It’s easy to use and durable. Most importantly I real appreciated the seller sending an email before I received the product with instructions on how to use it and thanking me for buying it. You don’t get that from many other sellers once they’ve got your money they don’t care these people excellent. I’m going to buy another one for a friend.many people.

The press works great right in the container. The containers are hard to seal and sometimes don't seal.

Easy to use for arthritic hands, cleans easily, freezes well. Great value for the price.

I purchased two of these sets. The press is sturdy enough for repeated use. To me, the finished patty is rather small for a Hamburger, as I prefer a wider and flatter burger. I usually form them by hand. Truthfully, they are probably a better portion size and will fit a "normal" sized bun. I purchased one set for making Salmon Patties (perfect size), and the second set for RV use. The inside diameter of the walls of the press is 3 3/4" (3.75"). The inside diameter of one of the the lidded containers is 4 1/8" (a little extra room to keep the patty from getting stuck in the keeper). Each one of the four keepers has it's own lid and the lids are on quite tight (surprised me as I don't have weak hands). Most plastic container lids pop off once you lift an edge, but with these lids you have to lift an edge and then keep pulling to remove it completely. Almost like peeling the lid back from it's base. The translucent plastic of the keepers is not as soft and flexible as the old Tupperware ones, and I was actually afraid the keeper was going to tear as I was prying the lid off. For that reason I am not going to subject them to the heat of a dishwasher. Hot tap water and dish soap will work fine. The press part is an opaque white and made from a much stiffer plastic, so it is not flimsy. The old Tupperware keepers did not have separate lids, instead, they stacked and there was one lid that fit on the top. I also have an old Rubbermaid(?) plastic press from years ago that makes a patty that fits the larger hamburger buns. I chose this Miles Kimball set over some of the larger aluminum presses, as I try to avoid aluminum (for those who have lost a loved one to a very long battle with Alzheimer's, you will understand). Though aluminum does not rust per se, it does oxidize and the oxidization can transfer to food. Plastic has it's own evils and I don't plan on storing the patties in the containers. For freezing, it's going to be an assembly-line process with the press; resulting in a stack with a wax sheet between each patty. The trick to avoid a hamburger patty that falls apart is not to make it with meat that is too lean, and to pack it tightly. I may use the keepers for something else, maybe even turning both pieces of each keeper into coasters. Now that I've had time to think about it...I'm afraid whatever I place in them... I can see later trying to pry a lid off will send the contents flying. Lastly, a little pricey for the whole set as the keepers did not really turn out to be as user friendly as I had anticipated. Yes I read the reviews, but like I said, I don't have weak hands.

These are nearly the same as the Tupperware set I had years ago. The seals are not the same. I wish I hadn't gotten rid of them! These will work great and the separating papers are wonderful!

Afraid to use them. Will throw them away. Made in China. Brittle hard to open and does not tell you what this hardbrittle plastic contains. As I said, afraid to use.

The containers are a perfect size for hamburger patties and work well when stacking in the freezer. The lids don’t stay tight on the container so you have to be careful when moving them in the freezer.
