I was just cleaning my Hamilton Beach crockpot and decided to check the model number. I checked Amazon concerning the purchase and confirmed it was purchased in February, 2021. I have used this crockpot very frequently. The probe thermometer makes it ideal for cooking a whole chicken or large turkey breast. I just cooked a 7 pound turkey breast and the outcome was basically melt in my mouth turkey. It's great for soups, stews, casseroles, appetizers and desserts. It operates as well now as when it was first purchased. I would give it 10 stars if possible. Very durable and most reliable.

Although it looks complex, it is easy to master. I've used it twice so far and it works as instructed.

All right, I bought this crockpot or rather slow cooker probably a couple years ago now and I use it for everything I make ham and beans in it. I make chili in it. I love the fact that you can program it for the number hours. You want to cook it also has a thermometer one of the best features I like about it is that when it’s done cooking, it goes into a warm setting to keep your food warm for 12 hours so you don’t come home to something cold. I liked so much that I bought one for my buddy for a housewarming gift because it’s a great item to have to prepare a meal and I have the leftovers throughout the week especially if you have kids would highly recommend a purchase of this. I recently made Cajun pickles boiled peanuts for the first time in it, which turned out fantastic.

Ive had this crock since may 2016! Still works perfectly. The only thing that has happened is the control panel doesn't display the temperature fully anymore so anyone but me has no idea what it's showing. I would buy this crock again!

My old slow cooker cracked so I figured I'd upgrade a little with the probe. Unfortunately it only goes up to 185 degrees which is worthless for pot roast or pulled pork which should be 200 or slightly higher. Hence 1 star off.Other than that it's a nice slow cooker. Easy to program, easy to clean, cooks nicely.

the area never seems to get bigger in one of these things, but this one is nice because it has various temp options, various time options, and two warming options. this model also has a probe, which i haven't used yet, but expect to work perfectly because all the rest of it has.there are locking sides in case you have to travel with the crock (most of us will at one time or another) and there are easy-to-understand directions provided for operating the crock and cooking the food. mine came with a little recipe booklet as well.there are many crock pots out there with various abilities, but this one suits my needs just fine and i would recommend it for you as well.

Actually fun to use. Love the program functions and timer that goes to warm automatically. The lid fastener is terrific, just be careful when loosening the latches.

One of my biggest problems with using a slow cooker was not being there to turn it down, so things tended to get over-cooked sometimes. I slow cooked a whole chicken with spices and flavoring for six hours like the recipe called for, and the crock-pot turned down to warm after the time was set. The chicken was not dried out but moist the way I like it! It was delicious! I was very impressed. The controls are easy to use and set. Can't wait to use it again!Walt

Assuming (apparently naively) that any electrical appliance that I buy from amazon.co.uk would be compatible with the national power ratings (230V), I simply found a universal plug converter and plugged it in. And of course, I blew up the machine (a loud pop). Probably I blew up one of the capacitors (I could not see any fuse circuitry but my electrical engineering days are way behind me so might have missed it) and it is fixable.So anyone who is planning to purchase this equipment once it becomes available, please bear in mind that you will also have to invest for a powerful transformer (around £100).

I love this! I love the temp thermometer built in and the cook to a certain temp setting! It’s so easy! It’s a good sized croc pot, easy to use, and has so many fun settings! I haven’t done too much in this yet, as I got it for Christmas and then had a baby so I haven’t been cooking tons! But the times I have used it it’s been great! I also love the seal feature! If you do use the locks to seal it shut just be sure not to do it while the food is cooking! The heat pressurizes and can cause glass lid to explode/shatter. (I saw this online; so don’t know personally but won’t take my chances! 🤪)
