It's a simple concept, but works like a charm! The storage compartment at the bottom is especially a game changer. Also multiple levels of speed adjustment with a booster option, it is a must if you like baking.

This mixer is a good buy. I find it to have sufficient power and I like that on low speed it is markedly lower. So many of the cheaper mixers have speeds that are hardly distinguishable from other speeds. A nice plus is the mixer can be stood up on its end. That is a very handy feature. It does come with a storage box that holds the mixer and the blades but I chucked it. I keep my mixer in a drawer and don't want to bother with the box. It operates smoothly and seems to be of decent quality and how can you beat the price? I consider it to be a good buy if you are looking for a simple but efficient mixer.

Such a great price for a durable and strong speed item. I bought it to make marshmallows and had to have it on high for 15 minutes. Next planning on using it to whip tallow. Excellent purchase.
