I'm only writing because I'm buying this slow cooker again today. I bought mine in 2019 — and I have absolutely loved it! Last night, after Christmas dinner, I was cleaning and noticed that it had a large crack. I was so bummed—but I'm going to buy the EXACT SAME ONE for these reasons—great size, huge pots of chili, soup, a turkey, pot roast—easy to use—forget the hassle of digital controls—easy to take on the go—the lid locks down tight. I take this pot everywhere. It's never spilled in my car—affordable. I figure it's cost me 14 bucks a year.My counter tops are granite, and I have a hunch I set it down to hard one too many times. :)You can't go wrong with this slow cooker.

With the size and clip-on lid this is a great deal. First use it worked out perfectly. Braised beef roast with red wine sherry and veggies. Delicious.Recommend this one for price and performance.

Simplistic dial, nothing fancy but I bought it mainly to make dog food. I had an 8 qt that didn’t quite hold everything as it would overflow when I put the rice in and it would swell toward the end of cooking. This one holds it all and still had room. I use crockpot bags so clean up is super easy. The cord is short to me compared to my last crock pot.

I’ve owned several 6 quart slow cookers over the years and wanted something larger. I was concerned that this 10 quart unit might be too big, but it’s perfect. It fits on my counter top underneath my upper cabinets no problem. I like the ceramic insert better than aluminum ones I’ve had because it seems to cook more evenly and better retains heat when I need to remove the lid to baste. One complaint is that this model does not have an “on†indicator light which would make it safer for people in my household to see that it’s in use. How much would that have added to the cost? A few dollars? Another negative is that the outer aluminum housing is very thin and seems prone to getting dented. I would have preferred it to have a digital programmable timer, but I used the timer on my phone so it’s not a problem. Overall a very nice product I’m happy with. I broke it in with my 9 hour short ribs recipe and they came out amazing!

Love the large size! Held a large pork roast with ease, and the easy to use push button settings were wonderful. This cooker heated up and cooked fast and evenly. The lock lid made transporting easy, and reduced risk of spills.

This was easy to use and holds a lot, I use it for Irish Beef Stew doubled recipe. It cooks all day and at the end the cleanup was very easy. On the downside I am older, and the crock is very heavy which is needed, but once filled I needed the guys to lift it out.

This was a used (or at least not new) item but no problems with condition or cleanliness, just the carton was kinda shredded. The large size was just perfect for my intended use, preparing foods for pressure canning. The unit runs on the hot side, as do all the newer slow cookers, but just fine for me and even on 'keep warm' bubbled enough to leave me with no worries when pressure canning 18 pints of chili. Well done, would buy again (except I don't need two). Two thumbs up.

My wife is what she calls a "soup goblin" come fall and winter. Our old one cracked so it was time. She loves it, the size is perfect for doing broths with bird carcasses. Heck, you could do a 15lb roast in this thing. She's used it several times since Christmas. Very happy.
