I received the unit within 5 days. Small but could hold a lot of things. Very easy to clean outside. Used it for 3 months already. Very happy with the purchase.

Given the current state of pandemic affairs I thought it might be a good idea to buy this freezer for extra storage space. Not only does this upright allow me to organize and separate frozen items in this freezer but with the added space I can organize my main freezer as well! I would agree that the handle is flimsy but it serves its purpose so far. There are no LED lights as was mentioned (Amazon plans on correcting the description) so I added a strip of under the counter LED lights inside at the top (but not on the freezer drawer)! Works great so far!!Overall I have no regrets with this purchase, Amazon or the prompt delivery!!

Delivery was on time and done very properly. I am very happy with my new tall freezer that I always wanted, but have to mention about the green sticker saying ‘garage ready’. It was so hard to remove! I had to use Goo Gone and 90percent alcohol, and it took good 30 minutes to remove it completely! Please use removable sticker, if it is going to be that ugly green!Handle is cheaply made, so tricky to assemble, but looks nice and functioning.Door is very tight, and it moves the whole unit whenever trying to open the door. That part is a bit annoying too.

This freezer is perfect for our basement; it was even light enough to get it down the stairs without issue! The drawers are a welcome upgrade to our old chest freezer! No more issues finding anything and way more storage space! As an added bonus: the stainless steel door allows for writing on it with chalk pens (which erase with minimal effort)! One my favorite home upgrades!

This product has a terrible design. It’s manual defrost, but I never dreamed it would start accumulating frost on the first day! The compartments fog up and you can’t even tell what’s in them. We returned it after day one I would not recommend this product to anybody!

So yes. It freezes. But the cheap plastic handle is difficult to assemble and does not quite align properly. Be careful not to put heavier items in the upper drawers as it tends to tip forward when the door is pulled (light weight in all and then the door seal makes a vacuum that's a bit strong)

It's a fair product. I agree with other reviews that the flimsy plastic handle is horrible.However, after I was not able store everything in this "11 cu ft" freezer that came out of an 8 cu ft freezer, I took measurements.While the drawers are good for organizing, and the freezer gets crazy cold (buried a -20 degree F thermometer), you lose a LOT of storage because of the added hardware.If you stripped out *everything*, including the cooling elements, and measured to the very edge of the shell with the door open, you almost hit 11 cu ft.There are 7 drawers, but the bottom one is only 1/2 size. The inside dimensions of the drawers as shown in the pictures are 15" x 17" x 7", which comes to 1.03 cu ft. Multiplied by 6.5 drawers and you actually only have 6.711 cu ft of storage. :(I'll decide by the end of the week if I'm sending it back.
