Perfect product. Packaging: each metal part individually boxed and soft bagged. Each part high quality fit and finish, going together effortlessly per easy instructions. Performance excellent. Broad shower head with pleasing main spray. A pause control at hand that also lets you adjust pressure. I have the 108 inch hose and why would you not as it is an incredibly versatile feature that you won’t find as an included option from other companies. (you have to choose this variation as your purchase). I use this product as both my handheld and mounted shower head with included mounting hook. I’m wet and wildly happy.

As a 15 year plumber, this thing is nice. Now it's not as fancy as other large brands in the big box stores. But it makes that up with quality. This is pretty much commercial quality with out the commercial quality price tag.The packaging is so much better than the big box stores and their extensive plastic packaging. It just comes in a cardboard box.Install was a breeze. Because it's all metal, everything that screws together, just does. No more cross threading and no need for a huge amount of teflon tape.The 3 spray settings are enough. I don't need 15 different spray settings.There's YouTube videos of the shower head as well.In the end I'll be a repeat customer. Great product.

Unfortunately our last shower head started leaking from the hose. I decided this time I would pay more and hope it lasts longer. From what I can tell, this one does seem a bit more sturdy. We will see how it holds up.It was easy to install and comes with all of the necessary hardware, including a simple wrench to tighten the connections. I made sure to use the Teflon tape that was included and had it installed within probably 10 minutes. No leaks so far.Looks good, is longer than the previous one, and functions well. My kids like this one more than the last and they also like the spray pattern and pressure more too.

Ordered matte black. True color. Like the fact that it's a sturdy metal shower head. Not too heavy or bulky.Good flow. Hose is long enough and also well made. Worth the extra $ to upgrade to metal from cheaper plastic. Came with everything needed to install including extra washer and plenty of teflon tape. Highly recommend if looking for nice sturdy shower wand.

Excellent shower head, 3 settings misty, regular shower flow, and high flow for cleaning the hard to reach areas of your body or if you have pets. I tried a plastic shower head I bought elsewhere that one fell apart within a few years. This shower head I'm confident will last well worth the money. This head is durable.

Nice, solid construction, easy installation, feels like a quality product in your hand. Flow restrictor is easy to pop out.My only criticism is the "stop" valve is so well made that it slides closed at the barest touch. You have to be careful when holding the showerhead because it's super easy to turn off the spray or turn the volume down without noticing.

everything about this showerhead reflects quality to me and speaks to pride form the company in their product.The build is solid and the different components fit perfectly together. The unit came in a well packaged box with the components well protected. The instructions were clear, easy to follow and unambiguous. The product even had spare washers and supplied plumbers tape. After a very quick install, it worked perfectly with no signs of any leakage anywhere.This was a marked contrast to the equally priced shower head I bought from a much more well known American company that I had to return. Every single joint leaked, the components were made of cheap plastic, did not fit well together and overall it was clear that I was paying for the name only.I am very happy that I went with this Hammerhead shower head.

The product arrives early and is packaged extremely well.It is a solid build and is very attractive.It was an extremely easy install.This is my second showerhead from them. I have had the first one for over a year and there has been no problems whatsoever. It is made with high grade steel and copper, so is not going to crack like the ones I have purchased before.We have 2 4 piece bathrooms, and I have probably bought over 10 showerhead replacements, they were most plastic and made by supposedly valid companies-not cheap-ranging around 70$.The one in my lower bathroom broke after a year and a half 2 days ago. I am sick of replacing these plastic shower items.So I purchased another Hammerhead showerhead so I don't have to do this again.Wonderful US product.Lifetime warranty.All the things you need are in the box including the tools, plumbers tape, easy instructions etc.This company rocks! And it made in the USA. I'm Canadian and I'm only buying products from Canada and the US.I highly recommend this product.Thank you Brand Hammerhead Showers for making a product that lasts, is beautiful! Also, it saves the environment by not having to throw those plastic showerheads into the landfill. Which there must be millions! Can't recycle those plastic ones.

I finally made the switch (after quite a bit of research) to an all metal shower head. Every shower head I’ve owned previously has been made out of polished plastic and has broken down after 1 to 1.5 years of use. The most recent was a MOEN Engage 26112. It looked and functioned great, but like all the previous ones I’ve owned, the plastic adapter that screws into the valve that comes out of the shower wall slowly cracked over time (most probably due to the shift in cold and hot water that streams through the steel valve). The shower head then proceeded to sputter and water sprayed from the cracks of the adapter. I had enough, and jumped on the Hammerhead Shower head. It came packaged with a lot of thought. Each piece was wrapped in a cloth bag and also had some heft (esp. the piece that screws into the steel valve coming out of my shower wall). Instructions were included and various bonus items (like plumber’s tape (who does that anymore??), a small wrench, extra valve washers). It’s one of the most complete sets I’ve seen (in a long time). Large manufacturers like MOEN and Delta have gone the cheaper route by manufacturing cheap plastic shower heads that continuously end up in the landfill, but Hammerhead Showers really put a lot of thought into their products. The shower ran great this morning with the 3 included spray modes (regular, rain mist and jet), no leaks at all. I may have just converted into a new Hammerhead customer.

This product does exactly what it says it will and is worth your money if that's what you need, but that's not the point. I am so impressed with how much attention to detail HammerHead has put into packaging this product.I bought this fully expecting to put on my inadequately qualified "plumber" hat to install it, borrow a bunch of plumber tools, make a giant leaky mess when my installation went wrong, etc. Nope.The showerhead comes with a spanner wrench and silicone tape. It comes with all the washers and seals, placed where they ought to be, and packaged carefully so nothing gets lost, dinged, or damaged during delivery, unpacking, and installation. And even then, there are extra washers if you're a klutz like me (the one I lost did turn up eventually when I was cleaning everything up, but losing it didn't derail my installation)!In my opinion, that level of attention to detail and care is beyond consideration for the end user and has earned my kudos and recommendations.One minor setback: I think the brand new showerhead I was replacing was metric. Regardless, the nut on its shower arm thread was slightly bigger than the included spanner wrench, and I did need another tool to get my showerhead off. I imagine that if my showerhead had been imperial, I could have used the included wrench to get it off. All of that is my conjecture, though, as I am, as I mentioned, not actually a plumber.I AM having excellent showers now, so thank you!

Installed easily, no leaks even without using the supplied teflon tape. Solid heavy product that feels like it will last. Only 3 spray functions but that's all you really need. After about 6 weeks of use, no complaints at all

I did some research beforehand but still felt like I was rolling the dice on this one. Ended up greatly exceeding my expectations with good modern, compact, and "functional" looks. No tacky plastic design. Spray options that are actually useful and differ from one another. The spray selection mechanism doesn't stick or hard to switch. A solid heavy metal feel. Lastly, there was an esthetic issue with the hose that shipped and they promptly sent a replacement - so also great support. Thanks!
