They come in pieces and have to be put together. Ordered 2. One came with incorrect pieces so it is unusable. And they most certainly are not “silentâ€

This is the 3rd wheel I've bought for my mice. They absolutely love it. I have 14 ATM so I ordered another one for them as they tend to fight over it. It is quiet, easy to assemble, and fits perfectly into a10 gallon aquarium. Perfect size for the mice to get their exersize and whole they are nocturnal, it doesn't squeak or shift so they do not wake me up. Definitely recommend 10/10 would but again and again.

One piece arrived cracked on the runner (corner side), but other than the damage, it was simple to assemble. My Russian Dwarf Hamster are loving them!

I did not like the product for the price I paid there were no instructions and I couldn't even get it to stay together and then when it was together there was no way for the hamster to even get in the wheel but I never really got it together anyway I'm very dissatisfied and I want to return this product for refund please

I never really read any details just ordered it. It’s a cheap plastic that you assemble with no instructions. It took me probably a good 15-20 minutes to get the plastic running part in the circle â•ï¸ wheels. It’s about what you pay for I suppose.

Item arrived broken. This is for a mouse in a cage. There are 2 pictures of the broken areas. This is not allowing me to send them both. It is broken where the mouse runs on it. How do I submit the other picture?
