Fit perfectly on cage, is nice and big for full grown pet mouse. Spins very quietly which is huge plus. He seems to enjoy it.

It will start making a high pitched sound but only if aspen chip bedding gets stuck between wheel and base when my hamster decides to redecorate and stuff bedding in there.

This is definitely more of a pricier wheel and I contemplated even buying it but I am so happy I did. I got a dwarf hamster as a 1st pet to my 7 yr old and she wanted more than anything to keep Mr Giggles, our newest addition, in her room but we just couldn't with the squeaky wheel. Since I bought this one, however, I am happy to say he now lives in her room.

My son's hamster drives me bonkers at night. She has a wheel that attaches directly to the tubing of her cage but as it loosens up it starts getting loud. This is soooo much more quiet and I really like that the wheel is clear. The colored ones really make the cage feel incredibly small, even though it isn't.

We needed a quiet and wheel big enough for our hamster and this is perfect. Our hamster has a standard size cage so I was worried this wouldn't fit but it works great for now until we can get a bigger cage. Our hamster is pretty big, and she kept falling off her smaller wheel, so this is the perfect size for her. The greatest thing about this wheel is that it is silent. My boys insist on having their hamster in their bedroom, so a loud wheel was not ok since hamsters are nocturnal. We are very pleased with this purchase. I am pretty sure our hamster approves too!

The gerbils like to run but they were so noisy until I bought this wheel. The wheel is attached to a metal cage and I cut 2 rubber bushings from an old bike inner tube to put on either side of the cage so the wheel was isolated from the cage. It works so well that we could see them running but couldn't hear the wheel. We are very happy with the wheel.

This type of wheel is the way to go. This is on the smaller side, so works for small hamsters or small mice. The quality is impeccable. Very silent! I love that you can adjust the height. I highly recommend this item and will buy again from here if I ever need more.
