More parts than what's on the list. The list doesnt even show the amount of items you should have. No proper instructions. The instructions don't say which hardware/screws to use. The individual pieces aren't numbered.This is an expensive piece of crap. DONT BUY

Whoever wrote the instructions must have just thought we could figure it out on our own. Labels are non existent and there are steps that aren't in the instructions at all. Even the technical drawing is missing the step in the final image. If you look at the pictures on Amazon you can figure out what needs to happen, but if you don't you're going to want to pull your hair out in frustration.The final product once all is said and done is sturdy and quiet. Far larger than the pictures lead you to believe, especially at the price. If the cats use it is left to be seen, but the wheel itself is really a great product.They just really need to rewrite the instructions because they are awful. If you aren't one to understand difficult instructions find someone that can, and then pay them to put this thing together. In favors, food, or whatever, it'll be worth it. Just make sure they know how bad the instructions are first. Did I mention how bad the instructions are?Great wheel, awful instructions. Building our porch ,without professional help, to code was easier than putting together this cat wheel.

I definitely got my money worths. It was an expensive purchase but worth the money. Everything I received was quality material. Right down to the little pillows you put on each perch. I just love it. I think more than my cat does. Thank you so much

Sadly this item arrived with a crack in one of the outer portions of the wheel and was also missing a piece, so it did not work as well as if could have. Returned item.
