For the price the build quality, strength value, is amazing. Grip strength: It goes up to 100kg or about 200lbs (I believe) it's easy to use (of course). And it works well.

My last grip trainer must have been junk, this grip trainer absolutely kills my forearms on the same setting as my previous trainer.The built in rep counter is nice to have. Have yet to learn how to change the battery/s. Can't fault the item for my lack of effort, assuming they can be changed.The accessory training items are unusually solid as well, minus the wrist strap attachment. Pops out pretty regularly.I had no real expectations of anything else that even came with the main trainer for this price point anyway. It's all a plus to me.

Feels nice, the hand grips definitely feel tough on lowest settings but it's alright. It would be nice if the number counter for the left hand would face away from my palms so it could be visible.

I bought this for the grip squeezer. Could barely move it at the lowest setting (supposedly 10kg//22lbs). I didn’t know my grip strength was so bad. So I bought a second set of kids’ grip squeezers (5kg to 20kg). The 20kg setting on the other set of grips is WAY easier than the 10kg setting on this one. So it does not appear to be accurate whatsoever, which is kind of what I bought it for. Would’ve given only two stars but the extras (egg stress ball, etc.) were all nice enough to add an extra star.

I broke my wrist on Mother's Day finished therapy and still do not have proper movement or strength I bought this and so far, it is hard, but it is working with the strength.

I've used adjustable grippers that were $20 before and they didn't feel as good as this one, It actually curves with your hands and has a spot for each finger which really helps you actually feel the muscles working. the cap to change the weight is a little loose but it works fine!
