I love the large surface area and convenience of this microplane grater! It makes fast work of grating hard Parmesan cheese, and lemon zest,. I haven't tried nutmeg yet, but I expect it to work for that as well. After struggling with a cute but tiny microplane grater that was almost useless, it's a relief to have this one. It's well-designed: the slight angle of the grating surface makes it easy to use and it even comes with a cover. Excellent product.

Love this! It’s so universal for grating parm, garlic gloves, nutmeg, zesting citrus. I was really needing one and this was perfect! Quality is awesome, It feels like it’s kind of ergonomic for your hand because the handle is arched. It also comes with a little clear cover for the grater area. Totally recommend!
