I love the bigger water tank on this machine. It has great cleaning capabilities. The machine is easy to set up and easier to use. My floors have never looked better actually. The accessories for my machine, however, don’t fit the nozzle as well as I would like. But maybe it’s me and not the machine?! I wouldn’t let that deter you from buying this. Worth the money spent.

Pros: Fast heat-up, effective steam for targeted cleaning.Cons: Too many attachments to manage, making assembly cumbersome. It works well in small areas, like bathrooms or cars, but struggles with larger spaces. If you need something for quick, small cleaning jobs, it's okay. If you need to clean large spaces, look elsewhere.

She used it to clean the shower tiles and grout first. She stopped in the middle to come thank me for getting this for her - and it works really well. It is small, probably better for spot cleaning, but she did the entire shower in under and hour, and it looked brand new.

This is junk! When I saw how small the box was I thought to myself this can't possibly be the steam cleaner that was advertised? Everything was packed into this tiny box..., except for the power cord, and the extended steam rod. They were not there at all. Such junk! Now I have to repack it, print a return label, and drive to UPS to drop it off. Then..., I have to wait for my refund so I can apply that towards another steam cleaner. Waisted time and money.

Most steamers online you see have a very short hose or no hose at all between the water tank and the wand itself. To me this defeats the purpose and makes it difficult to use. This one has not only plenty of accessories and extras, but plenty of hose length with it so you can set it down or put it somewhere close while you are using the wand.Operation is good and cleans up as expected. I use it primarily for cars and deep cleaning in bathrooms.

I guess this is OK. Be sure to have a container handy as it leaks water when you first start it before the steam comes out. It works well for small spot cleaning, but any large area it is essentially worthless. I was able to clean food from the inside of the microwave, but unable to remove water stains from a faucet.

A little too awesome!I've used this to remove some spills from carpet and 'steam iron' curtains with ease. For the most part, I no longer have to rent and carry one of those carpet steamers from a store to home on an e-bike! YAY! • Product Size and Usability: Excellent for small to medium tasks. • Performance: Excellent heat and steam output, surprisingly good cleaning power. • Additional Features: Great and easy-to-use attachments.
