Love how long I can use this steamer and stays hot the entire time. Kept checking the basin thinking I needed to refill & I wasn’t even halfway with the water level! Great steam cleaner! Wish I bought this one first the other brand only lasted like 10 mins then had to refill and wait foreverrrr to heat. This one, nearly instant heat for me to start cleaning!

First the unit comes with miniature directions that are unreadable without a magnifying glass and there is no diagram for assembly. On high setting you can hold your hand 4" away from the nozzle and not burn yourself. They have cleverly designed the tips to make a hissing sound but there is very little actual steam. There is no off switch at the handle. The off switch is on the tank and twice I pushed the switch to turn it off, which cut the pump off, but then it came back on by itself after about 20 seconds. Plastic fittings are supplied and guess what, hot water makes plastic expand and lossen itself. Wouldn't keep if it were free.

It works but it does take some time working with the brushes. I purchased for cleaning grout and residue off my tile saws. It average at best.

Heats up quickly. Be sure to wear the gloves as the nozzle gets very hot.

Not great. When it arrived we were first disappointed by no clear instructions. We were then disappointed by the stream of steam, which isn’t really that hot. Lastly, we were disappointed by the inconsistency with the power of the steam, which was not maintained at all.
