Ok. First off, if you didn’t already know: this thing gets CRAZY hot. Do NOT touch the extension pipe while using it. Do NOT set it down on anything plastic cuz it WILL melt and smoke(speaking from experience folks)It works WONDERFULLY.-Got it to clean the outside of our pop-up camper& Holy Hell, the canvas and hard shell look dang near brand new. So so so much faster than stiff brush and soap. it does a better job AND your elbow won’t dislocate.-The plastic brush heads do NOT like the hotter settings: 3 or higher. The littler one warped and “wilted†on me and is now pretty much useless.-detailed the engine bay of the wife’s car. Immaculate. Steam it, then just hose it off.-used it on the shower&tub. We have HARD water and the stains/build-up wouldn’t budge with any cleaner. Took it off the ceramic tiles, the grout, the glass door, the fiberglass tub. Just blasted it with steam and wiped it off-used it on the garage floor with the brass brush and it loosened some spilled paint and even pulled up the oil drips: it’s not perfect, but it IS a whole lot betterCan’t wait to try it on the interior of my work truck.ABSOLUTELY worth the $$.

Very handy and easy to use. Well worth the money. Cleaned my bathtub tile and grout nicely. The toilet is next to the tub, so I jus stuck the suction hose in the toilet. I might tape a weight of some sort to the end of the suction hose, so it doesn't curl up and come above the water surface. It does want to curl up and out of the water.

steam doesn't get very hot at all, and sprays a very excessive amount of water through the steamer that may damage your belongings, no way to contact the seller or look up directions on line as it does not come with any

This was my favorite tool for cleaning the stove refrigerator/ cars engine/ bathroom all sparkle now . recommendation is to purchase extended warranty as it worked great then quit working after 6 uses . Got very hot / and that had me a little concerned but I bought 2 years extended this literally is like having a mini steam pressure washer as it really delivers on pressure and I wasn't sure I'd like having to use a bucket etc. but am glad as I've actually run this for 4 hours without stopping and that couldn't happen without 5 gallon bucket. Quit working quickly after 5th use.Bought a Dupree best purchase I've made.

I wanted to love this. But the only off and on switch is on the machine itself which could be as far as the 3-4 foot cord is away. That’s a deal breaker for me. I will be returning this. I am sad because it’s a nice machine. Works good and is portable, doesn’t leak (although the nozzle has a tendency to come undone which BURNS when the water gets on you!) seems durable and the cord is long.

Absolutely love this steamer. Cleans hard water of the shower nicely. Love the fact you can use a five gallon bucket of water and not have to worry about refilling tanks like on other steam cleaners.

It didn't get hot?! Very frustrating I had to return it. Also the sprayer head didn't fit on the device. Wouldn't not recommend
