I’m new to steam cleaning. I thought it might be good for flushing out crevices. I tested it on our gas stovetop with intricate burners. You use the plug on the top to fill the canister. There’s also a plug on the bottom, but I think it’s just an emergency release valve. This unit has to be plugged in. It would be nice if it were cordless, but those models cost a lot more. The tube came pre-attached to the main unit and the sprayer handle. I also attached the extension by hand, but I recommend using a wrench because it started to come loose. It also gets too hot to reattach by hand, even with the gloves provided (I slightly burned my finger foolishly attempting this). There’s no trigger. Everything is controlled by the on/off switch and dial on the main unit. There is a bit of a delay as you turn the dial. For example, when you turn the dial to zero, it takes a few seconds for the steam to stop. As soon as I started using it, I realized that it would be good to have a bucket and rag or sponge to sop up the moisture as you go. I began with the fine-tip nozzle attachment, but soon switched to the small brush to add some scrubbing power. It was nice working under the vent hood because it moved the steam away quickly, but I ended up putting the burners in the sink so that excess water could go down the drain, and it was a lot harder to see with the steam lingering in the air. All in all, this worked, but it’s not a magic wand. There’s still some stubborn discoloration on the burners that I couldn’t remove, but everything is definitely clean, and without the use of chemicals. I look forward to trying this on the title/grout in my shower. I’ve heard these are good for that, but I might need to watch some how-to videos first.

I have had this mop since June 2024. I liked the way it cleaned and how light weight it is. However, it will no longer produce steam. I can feel the steamer heat up but no sound it usually makes and no steam. Very disappointing.

I was so excited to try this portable steamer. As soon as I pour the water into the container water section the steamer worked in less than two minutes. However I noticed a few things that were concerning, 1. The steamer handle was very hot 2. The machine was releasing a lot of steam yet was not working as powerful as I thought it would. 3. The machine was very loud. 4. The cord wasn’t long enough to do other cleaning projects. Overall, I don’t think that this match met my expectations.

This easily moveable high temperature steam cleaner provides the ease of steam cleaning, in grimy areas that would take much more time, & a lot more energy if attempted without this little helper. No complicated instructions to follow to use this cleaner as some provide. This cleaner provides ease with the simplicity of holding the gun portion and aiming! Sounds too good to be true, but I can attest it is as easy as it sounds. It comes with a pair of gloves, that should be used when operating the cleaner as the steam is a high temperature in the liquid to steam transitional phase, I suggest only using with the gloves, as this does provide hot, very hot stream and without the gloves? Well, what your thinking could be correct and better to prepare against any accidents.The accessories provided help cover the ability to conquer just about all from fabulous window cleaning, to removing stains from furniture fabric, or grime from grills or ovens even. I have not had the opportunity to use this to its full potential yet, but I am confident in knowing what ever mess comes my way? This little productive assistant will insure a great ending!
