I got this for a Christmas present. Every Influencer has one that they use to clean with. They make it look so satisfying that I asked for one.I was so excited to use it but I was a little disappointed for my first use. I let the water heat up for the 5 minutes that the directions say, but it was spewing water and not giving a good steam. The second time I used it, I let it heat up way longer (I'd say 10-15min) and I put on one of the nozzle's to help. That was way better and it actually worked really well. I'd also suggest keeping a microfiber cloth with you as you steam to help wipe away what your cleaning. One thing that I have noticed is that you feel like after 10 or so minutes of cleaning that your probably going to run out of water, but you're not. The water seems to last a long while. So to eliminate water waste, try to clean every spot that you need the steam cleaner for together, so you are utilizing all the good distilled water.There is a learning curve to using a steamer. However, if you stick with it, I think you'll be very happy with how easy it is to clean with.

So, we purchased this after I had my C-section to try and help eliminate hard scrubbing and help ease any need for hard scrubbing in certain areas that need to be cleaned.First, the cord is an excellent length. I was able to plug it in and get further than I expected while cleaning. The funnel and cup made it super easy to pour the water into the reservoir which was extremely helpful.Unfortunately it had more faults than I would have liked. The water spewed everywhere and while I know water will spray with a steaming cleaner, this went EVERYWHERE and I burned myself several times because of it. The hose that attaches isn’t very functional and doesn’t bend well at all. It’s extremely stiff and difficult to manage. There were also several pieces that I kept having to reinsert to use it.I’m hoping I can at least get a few more uses, even if it’s stubborn and takes me longer than it should, to at least get my money’s worth just because it’s a hassle at the moment to get out with an infant. I was really holding out for this and while I was able to get a few things cleaned, I really wish I could have gotten more bang for my buck!
