I bought this as a gift when the one at the community pool was loosely sliding and squirming around, faded and full of holes. Now THIS replacement one feels sturdy, grippy, and well-fitting. I needed help zipping it in place, but once on, it’s not endangering us by slipping down as we enter or exit the water. Well worth the investment for this quality. Plus the teal matches the aqua pool liner well.

This is a necessity in the hot southwest USA. Rail is too hot and slippery without. This is my second purchase, the first one ruined by hawk claws, intense heat and sun. We unsuccessfully tried a 4-hand approach zipping top-down. No go. Then just 2-hand approach zipping bottom-up. Success. This brand is more expensive than others, but it's good quality and will last 2-3 years if not vandalized by neighborhood hawks.

Going down into the pool for physical therapy was very stressful for my husband going through chemo. This makes the slippery metal rail, grippable and safer. It gives him more confidence getting into the pool and I also had bought him water shoes.

I loved the color, I loved the price! It was exactly what I was looking for to keep from frying people's hands and any other parts that inadvertently came in contact with the searing surface of our pool's handrail. Apparently standard/up to 1.9" diameter doesn't apply to our handrail. We had no shot at getting this to meet, much less zip. The product is fine, it just doesn't fit on our handrail.

I saw these in a large, private pool and knew I had to have one for mine. Handrails can get slippery when wet and the Florida sun makes everything hot to the touch. I have slipped several times when getting out of the water and this cover eliminated the slippery and burning hot handrail. Family and guests have all commented on how easy it is to step out of the water as this cover makes it so easy to do so.
