I live in Las Vegas and the sun destroys things here quickly. I have bought cheaper brands of these covers and they only last for one pool season before getting destroyed by the sun. These KoolGrips have lasted me 3 years! Well worth the money.

This worked great for our pool. Was easy to install and the color is perfect! It keeps the handrail much cooler in our very hot summers. We couldn’t touch it with our bare hands before getting this cover. Would definitely buy it again. I bought a cheaper product before and it didn’t last very long and didn’t look as nice. Spend the few extra dollars for the better quality!

This purchase was actually a replacement for my original KoolGrips. I live in a very sunny area and the handle to get into our pool would get so hot, I left a small plastic bucket to scoop water to pour over it so it was cooler. Then our pool guy recommended the KoolGrip - game changer. Not only is it cool to the touch no matter how long the sun has been on it. The dots allow you to have a steady grip even when your hands are wet. It certainly made getting in and out of our pool safer. My pool guy recommended taking it off at the end of the season to prolong it's life. I did for the first two years but then I forgot, it still lasted a long time and was not failing but had faded after 5 years. You will not regret putting this cover on your pool handle.

After reading the reviews I was expecting a bit of a problem putting the rail cover on. I had no problem putting the cover on all by myself (I’m 80 years old). Soaked the cover in the pool and draped a soaking wet towel over the rail. It took less than a minute to install. This is our 3rd cover ordered since we installed our rail a few weeks ago. The first was too small 4 ft. The second was 8 ft. The 8 ft one fit perfectly but slid when gripping it to get out of the pool. We didn’t need any problems like that for us and our friends at our age. We then decided to upgrade to this particular one and so pleased we did. This last one fits perfectly and doesn’t slip on the pole. It’s well worth paying more to get exactly what we needed.

2 person install but in the end not that bad. Snug fit means it won’t slide. Looks awesome (color matches my liner) and stays much cooler than hot stainless in the sun. Very satisfied. Too new to judge longevity

Great value. Debated buying this for cool touch and to cover up one discolored section of the pool rail. So glad we bought this (got 8’ cover/sleeve) instead of a $300 new pool rail with another install charge. A great inexpensive solution.

Be sure to read the install directions. Soak them overnight before installing and have a 2nd set of hands to help you. If you do al this, install should take about 15 minutes +/-

We love the railing cover, but it has a hole in it. Not where people typically use it. I’m not sure if we can exchange thanks.
