Package came but was missing the hardware package. Reached out to them via the contact us page on their website and within a couple hours, maybe sooner, they had shipped me the hardware with zero hassle! Install was easy. My ceiling joists were more than 16" spacing so had to improvise by adding 2x4's to hit the joists. After that, just followed the instructions. Great use of wasted space above the garage door.

This overhead garage storage rack comes in a cardboard box and the components are well packed inside. It really helps with organizing storage in your garage and includes metal frames that are very stable once installed. Fairly easy to install once you have the right tools and a ladder. Recommended.

I don't like how this is marketing as US made. The box has the American flag and it says USA Based. So I guess they are never actually saying made in the US but they sure want you to believe it is.Moving on from their misleading branding, the racks are solid and my husband and I were able to set them up in the garage in around an hour. Our Costco containers fit them well. We only stored items that we don't need often as even though this is cool, it isn't the most practical way to store things. So for us, it's the holiday decorations that have been moved up there.
