The bracket holding our clothes rack in the master closet of my '97 trailer recently broke, and I was hoping to find an exact replacement in these brackets, but - unfortunately - they do not fit my older style racks. If not for 1 small design difference, I think these new brackets would fit, but I am missing a second bar at the front, that would hold the bracket in place at the top (see photo).- Looks exactly as pictured, size is accurate- Brackets feel like decent quality, sturdy, I believe they would have worked well to replace my broken bracket if they had fit correctly- Installation should be easy in the correct format, just a few clicks & you are done- I have done some research, and the price is standard for these types of bracketsMy broken bracket looks almost exactly like the new one, but it was held differently at the top, and this was the point where the old bracket broke (which may be why the newer brackets are made differently).Since I cannot fully test this item's functionality, I hope knowing what kind of rack this bracket will NOT fit can still be helpful.
