I have it hanging up now. It has a drainage hole, the size is perfect for a small plant. Its painted well.

It is impossible to walk by this swinging smiley face planter and not smile! The only drawback is that the drain hole is gi-normous. If you plug it up, water goes into the seat of the swing and comes out of the hole where the rope goes through. So I just have to water it in the sink. Totally worth it :)
