WAY smaller than it is advertised!I have a 33†waist, so the Medium SHOULD fit me. Not even close! I had to send it back for a Large. If I had a 35†waist, then there would be no way that the Large would fit. I barely fit into the last size. The mid-range setting for a Large Man is apparently set to a 24†waist…which before today I would have thought was a small woman. It is a great, sturdy belt. But, in order to save yourself multiple returns, just add 10†to the recommended sizes on their chart. Seriously, if you are a man with a 30†waist; the Extra Large should fit you just fine!!

So I always struggle for any sort of belt as I have a 26" waist, so trying to find a weight-lifting belt has been difficult, however this one fits like a glove (or as well as any weight lifting belt). It's super sturdy and good quality leather. Felt amazing and It's great for squats and deadlifts without digging in!
