The vest seems to be well made and fits tightly so does not ride up when rowing a kayak.

They will fit many sizes but not extreme sizes. I didn't kayak with it, only tried it on so I can't say how they work for that. 5'7 165 fits well with room for expansion.

These appear to be good PFDs especially for the money. I like the bright color as it would be very important should a person capsize their craft. I haven't actually used them yet but will sometime in the near future.
