This block is very sturdy y doesn't wobble in certain poses like the foam ones do. I did think I was getting a pair for this price, so may order a second if I need it. Definitely would buy again...

I don’t use these for yoga. I used them as sanding blocks that you can easily cut into whatever size and shape you need.
