Does your toddler have some strange magnetism for every puddle you encounter on your walk? Does your toddler's enthusiasm and lack of coordination ever conspire with gravity for an epic slip right on the edge of a giant mud pit? Has your toddler ever stopped in the middle of a walk to remove their pants because they're so water-logged that they won't stay up any longer? (Is that last one just my problem?). In any event, these pants are the answer to your prayers. Seriously.Pros: - Good Fit. The elastic is great on these, and will accommodate a lot of wiggle room around sizing. - Material. The pants are completely water-proof, but light-weight enough not to inhibit romping. - Easy to Clean. Just chuck the pants into the washer (cold setting) and let drip dry. - They're cute! They're actually pretty adorable.Cons: - none that I can see!Pro Tip: We ordered these with the Crocs Kids' Handle It Boots, and the pair of these items is a tour de force in preventing my child from needing like 8 baths a day. Every parent should be given a pair of these pants when their kid turns two. ;) We were able to play outdoors all spring, in all kinds of weather, thanks to these pants. They go on and off so easily over whatever the child is already wearing, and protect their clothes from water/mud. The big pocket is great for collecting found treasures or bringing along a favorite toy. My daughter was thrilled by the pocket. They're a sturdy waterproof material that I don't think will break down, tear or crack easily. The nice tight ankles make it nearly impossible for water to get in when pulled down over rain boots. SO glad we purchased these pants–we played outside this spring more than we would have without them, and saved MANY pairs of good pants from mud-stains! I bought the 4T size for my tall three year old and there's plenty of room for her to grow into them so I think they'll last us a full year at least.

Material is significant and definitely waterproof. Size is a bit bigger & longer compared to other brands. My child is tall for age group so I sized up, but I'm having to roll the hems up quite a bit. I guess I can keep her in it another season!

These fit my 7 year old son well (though he’s closer to the size of an 8 year old). I had them over his rain boots and they kept his feet from getting wet when splashing through puddles.

These are our favorite of several pairs of rain pants that we’ve worn all winter long at my daughter’s outdoor school. They are a good thickness for us - not too thin that they feel flimsy but not so thick that you get too hot. They are also decently lose (hard to find sometimes for girls) so we were able to wear either leggings or thick sweatpants underneath depending on the temperature. My daughter claims they are the most comfortable of her 4 pairs and they seem to fit her well around the waist and are easy to pull down over boots.

These pants are perfect for my 6 year old son. I ordered the bright yellow so I can spot him easily in the woods during his wilderness school classes, or when we are just out on an early morning hike. He's able to sit in wet grass without getting his pants or other layers wet. I love how durable these pants are as well...my son has rolled down hills, trudged across streams, slid down a rock pile....the pants show no wear at all! I usually just hose them off after he wears them and they're good as new. So happy we found a dependable, comfortable splash pant!

Nice fabric. Definitely waterproof which is what we were looking for. As per my child they are comfortable and she likes the pockets. Fits perfect.
