I’m gifting these months from now, so I’ve unpacked and examined them but I haven’t used them. The yellow color is awesome and the two roasters, that’s cast iron roasters, will be around forever. I’ve used a similar roaster before and it worked well; it saves space in the oven and looks good on the table. The little bamboo trays are a nice touch. Definitely recommend.

These are perfect for roasting garlic! If you've never tried roasted garlic, you don't know what you are missing. It's easy to roast garlic at home if you have the right things. These roasters and some olive oil is pretty much all you need.This set includes two enamel-coated cast iron garlic roasters and wood plates to set them on. The quality is very good. They look great and cast iron parts will very likely last forever.Do yourself a favor and try roasting your own garlic soon.

Honest to goodness, not a bad purchase at all.It got here with no damage and the packaging was good.The color on it is exactly as shown in the picture, which is an issue I've run into in the past and I'm glad isnt present this time.The overall sturdiness is good, and I haven't had any issues with it deteriorating after a decent amount of use.Honestly, there's not a whole lot to say except I like it, and it doesn't suck. The price isn't great, but we've gotten so much use out of these that I can't complain. The quality of the roasting I've done with these is definitely higher than previously.

This set of cast iron garlic coquettes are cute and perfect for large elephant garlic or ample enough to hold a 2-3 heads of regular garlic in each one. They come with bamboo holders which are fine, but are just another set of tchotchkes I have to keep clean, store, and keep track of.They are decent quality, but not made to last for decades. If you have ever purchased/owned pieces from the way more expensive French or German enameled cast iron companies, then you'll know this set is on the lower end. I suggest saving up and looking for sales of the higher end brands, but if that isn't a factor, then you'll get decent enough bang for your buck here.

I got these for my mom and I to share, as we both love to roast garlic for various reasons. The quality of the actual roaster seems quite high. The little tray it comes with doesn't seem adequate for protecting counters but I haven't yet tested the theory so I can't say for sure. I like the subtle yellow color and the presentation overall. Super excited to give these a go next time I need to roast garlic for mashed potatoes, crostini spreads, etc. Will update review once I can speak to performance of item.

This garlic roaster is pricey, but really is a work of art in my kitchen. The enameled cast iron looks as stellar as it functions; it's sleek and elegant, and provides almost perfectly uniform heating to my garlic cloves. The spiral groove helps make sure heat is circulating well. I haven't used this yet for baking anything else, but I can very easily see it being useful for roasting acorn squash, making boules, or baking other root vegetables or potatoes.

Do you like roasted garlic?Do you want a nice set of garlic roasters?Do you like roasted garlic?These are are the garlic roasters you are looking for, they are nice little roasters that will fit multiple bulbs of garlic, even an elephant garlic bulb if you want to go big. they are well made and roast garlic to perfection. Not sure I needed two, but if you want to roast more garlic two is better than one. Price is not bad for the quality, but an option to purchase one would be nice for those on a budget. Recommended for your garlic roasting pleasure.

I find these little roasters to be exceptional. I've managed to get three little garlic heads into the roaster without a problem, and being able to use these in my toaster oven has been a game changer. I've also roasted a big onion in one and wow… so good. I might try baking a mini boule in one the next time I bake bread. There are so many things different things to try that are not conventional. I'm really delighted that I got these.
