Five months!—Five months I have dealt with vivid nightmares! I read that this could help sooth my anxiety of going to sleep so I got it! Haven’t had a nightmare since! I’m so happy about my purchase!Edit: Didn’t last long. After a month of use the beads started to fall.. :( But ima make it work and add a cover. It’s not a permanent solution but good enough until I can afford a new one! Still a comfy blanket though!

Blanket is large and soft, it has also improved sleep quality. The weight of the blanket is just right and I love the color.

The blanket itself is very soft and seems very comfortably however, it is NOT sized like "normal" blankets. I ordered a Queen size and it barely covers the top of the mattress! No overhang on any sides. It does still seem to be well-made and has a nice weight to it, just beware that these run smaller than you may expect. It can make for a nice gift, if size is not an issue. If you want some overhang, you may consider ordering a size up or finding a different blanket.

I bought this blanket to help with my struggle of anxiety. At times the anxiety would get the best of and be up most of the night. Many nights in a row. So this blanket it calms my anxiety as it is weighed and feels like cuddling to my husband that I’m able to sleep most nights. Best blanket I had ever bought and we’ll be buying more just bigger. Love it 🥰 and recommend for anyone that is struggling with anxiety.

Just love this blanket. I tested how I slept over a couple days after having the blanket for a couple months. I noticed that at first it was a little hard to get used to feeling restrained being a woman with ADHD. However, after I felt comforted and snuggled. I sleep more soundly and don’t toss and turn all night long. I also noticed that it stayed cool on warmer nights which was also a pleasant surprise.
