This blanket is the best! My daughter uses it to help her sleep. She loves how heavy it is and it keeps her cool and comfortable as well. It’s so much easier for her to stay asleep when using this, it’s definitely worth trying, especially for the price. This works great for weighted comfort at night.

Works exactly as it is supposed to. Even though I got a relatively light blanket, I relaxed so quickly and slept so well that I can hardly believe it. One side of the blanket feels cool to the touch, and the other feels warm. The blanket fits a queen bed almost exactly, probably because any overhang would be a huge drag on the blanket since it is weighted. There are little loops that you can use to secure the blanket inside of a duvet cover if you like, but I really like the way the cool side of the blanket feels, so I haven't done that yet. I let the blanket pool gently around me, and it feels very relaxing. It can be pretty heavy to lift the blanket from beneath it, though. If you get a heavy one, or if you are not too strong, you might want to make sure you have enough give to pull your arms out and push the blanket down off of yourself. I got the purple one because it was much cheaper than the others, and although purple isn't usually my thing, this color is actually pretty nice. For the price I paid, I think I got a good deal.

Other than size and not being machine washable this is a great cheap priced weighted blanket. I love it. It’s not too heavy and it feels wonderful. It’s not too warm because I sleep hot. I do put a leg out sometimes. Its material is good not issues yet after weeks of use. Sleep quality is improved. Material is soft.

the weight is well distributed. I have used this for almost a year now. I can flip it to the cooling side and it works... I am not over heated. very happy with the purchase.

My therapist suggested I try a weighted blanket to help improve my sleep. I was skeptical but decided to give it a try. This is the perfect weight for me. I had gotten one a few pounds heavier and it seemed way too heavy. I did buy a cover for this. It takes a bit to get used to, but I don't think I could sleep without it now. It is a good quality blanket and it has small loops on the side to attach the cover to, so it doesn't slide around in the cover. They are on the corners and down the side!

In under a year the elastic band has lost shape and has the little fabric balls everywhere and the top sheet is wider at the head board then foot board
