This product is not designed to push air like a traditional fan, which may not be immediately obvious. It works by utilizing heat from the surface it sits on, to generate energy and move the blades.Initially, I tried using an electric fan behind it to enhance airflow, but it proved unnecessary. Patience is key; over time, you'll notice its efficiency in evenly dispersing heat. I use it in my sunroom, placing it on a kerosene heaterTwo key observations:1. Without it, the sunroom feels warm from the waist up but cold below. With it, the heat is evenly distributed.2. The quality of heat from the kerosene heater, enhanced by this product, feels different and more pleasant compared to my central propane heating.The item is well-made, aesthetically pleasing, and effective. The only improvement would be a more ergonomic handle for ease of use.5 stars with no hesitation.

This fan is awesome. I bought it to help displace some of the heat from my wood burning fireplace to the rest of my living room, and it works like a charm. There was no assembly required, and as soon as the fire gets warm enough, it starts spinning automatically. It's a decent size- not too big not too small- about the size of a 14oz drinking tumbler in height, and surprisingly quiet for how fast this fan can move. I love that it is able to be used on other heater styles, and is lightweight enough that it can be easily transported to other wood burning stoves/other heaters. I definitely would recommend purchasing this fan!

We couldn’t be happier with this purchase! From the moment we started using it, we noticed the difference. This fan is thoughtfully designed, incredibly effective, and a game-changer for circulating warm air in our basement on frigid Michigan winter days.The quality is outstanding, and you can tell it’s made with great attention to detail. I especially love that the fan doesn't need to be plugged in. It is thermally powered, so it runs solely on the heat coming from your heat source. In our case, the heat comes from our Buddy Heater (but could be a fireplace, wood stove, etc.) and is circulated by this fan. It’s exactly what we were looking for, and it delivers as promised (or even better!).If you’re on the fence about getting this, we highly recommend it. It’s worth every penny and has become an essential part of keeping our basement warm on cold days. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

This actually works good. As the heat rises it moves the fan and spreads the air. I use it on my lp heater on my porch for my dog. He loves it. He lays where he feels the heat bliw on him. It makes no noise and seems to be sturdy even tho it's not heavy at all

I bought this to put on top of my big buddy heater and it fits on top of it perfectly! Starts running as soon as it gets warm and pushes the air around great! Would buy again if I get another heater for sure! It's a great price compared to other fans and the noise level is super quiet!

Absolute game changer for the Mr heater buddy heater. Heats the complete tent not just the top 1/3 has the heat rises. This really moves the heat around and is silent I was in the dark first time I used it and I wasn't sure it was even working except for the warm breeze I could feel. The fan works beyond expectations and helps the lil heater make the 10x10 space very comfortable I actually had to turn the heater off because I was sweating that never happened before using the fan and it's 31° outside. The tray simply hooks on the protective grate and the fan started with 2 minutes of me setting it down so super simple installation and use Completely blown away by it's performance. Yes that's a pun 😂

I have tried other versions of this item in the past and have had issues with the heat being too high and damaging the wires or bearings. This unit’s wires are tucked inside. This fan comes with it’s own platform to use with the Mr. Buddy. Thanks! I have the large Mr. Buddy with two ceramic elements and have only used this fan on low and medium, which utilizes a single ceramic element as pictured in this ad. It does not seem too impressive when you look and feel for air movement HOWEVER I let it run all night in my cabin and there was a HUGE DIFFERENCE! The floor was MUCH warmer with this tiny fan going and the front of the cabin was as well. I have a 12’ x 28’ cabin with a loft so I usually lose heat to the “upstairsâ€. I am very pleased with this fan and would buy again. Definitely recommend ðŸ‘

Really good quality Thermal Fan. I use this fan on my Buddy heater to help circulate the hot air from the Buddy heater throughout my RV. No batteries required works off of thermal energy. This fan fits perfectly on the heater plate purchased for the Buddy heater, and amazingly pushes a lot of hot air out from my heater. Solid product and built very well. Worth the money I paid for it.

This log burner fan is brilliant! It’s *super quiet*—hardly noticeable—and it really helps spread the heat around the room. Once the fire gets going, the fan kicks in, and the room warms up much quicker than before. No more cold corners or having to sit right next to the stove to feel warm. It’s efficient, looks sleek on top of the burner, and just makes the whole experience better. If you’ve got a log burner, this is a solid buy. 10/10, would definitely recommend. I had been pondering purchasing a stove fan for quite some time.After doing extensive research in to whether they are firstly effective and secondly worth the cost, I bit the bullet and purchased this 6 blade model.It has definitely made a difference to the distribution of heat around a rather large, open plan room, and as for the cost, they are not expensive at all. The build quality is excellent. The product came well packaged, and delivered super quick.I am going to purchase a second one to point in the opposite direction.Overall, I would highly recommend and just wish I had got one years ago.
