This replacement fan for the Harman P43 pellet stove appears to be a well-made, quality product. Unfortunately, I can't review how the fan works, as I can't remove the set screw from the old fan. I didn't want to force remove the set screw for fear of bending the new fan. I may wind up calling the local stove service place. Then, we'll see if they'll install an aftermarket part. BUMMER!!

The only reason I don’t give this five stars, is that they ship this with a hex head screw. That is not a convenient or common household bit and with a limited space to work in it is highly inconvenient. I went ahead and used the original screw, which is an Allen bit, of which I have many and I was good to go.
