It is a great paper for printing those pictures but I am still learning to peal it off the image and iron so that is why those stars. but still good.

I'm the type of person who likes to wear the things I like on my shirt. But sometimes it's hard to find tees for less mainstream shows, and sometimes I want to do something original. Years ago I used to do a lot of photo editing and make iron-on tees for family and friends. I was thrilled to have the opportunity to try this type of transfer paper. And I must say I'm impressed.Printing was very straightforward. The hardest part was actually finding a decent image editor. The actual printing went off without a hitch. After trimming my image, it was super easy to peel the backing off and place on the tee shirt. Then you cover the image with the teflon paper and iron the entire area thoroughly for several minutes. I used the cotton setting on my iron and it worked perfectly. These transfers are not as stiff and bulky feeling as the ones I used back in the day. I was very pleased with the results. With the cost of custom tee shirts these days, being able to create ten designs of your own for just twelve bucks seems like a steal. And of course, you aren't just limited to tees...

That first I was going to give this one five stars because it seemed like a good quality products the images printed on here really well easy to use everything was fine until I washed one shirt that I had made about three times and after the third time the image started coming off and not just a little it started coming off from different parts of the image and the shirt whenever I make a shirt like this I usually wash it inside out and on the cooler setting and cooler drawing cycle as well but even with that it's still began to come out so I would say maybe be careful with this be careful when washing use of the gentle cycle possibly and maybe that'll save you from having your beautiful work destroyed

This paper did great with the actual print. And the transfer looked good too. BUT the transfer completely ripped after washing, even though I washed the shirt inside out. And followed all washing instructions.

We are often talking about creating custom shirts for parties and family events, and this transfer paper worked very well in our first test.My wife created an image and printed it on our ink jet printer on the white (non-logo) side of this paper. After cutting out the design, the logo printed paper is then removed carefully and the image – printed side up; and amazingly : no reversing! It is then placed on the shirt/hat/fabric where desired. The package includes protective paper to place over your design to keep it from melting.Unfortunately, the instructions do not specify a temperature of the iron. My wife used her Cricut Easy Press at 325*. The instructions do specify five minutes, but she cut that time down and checked the design periodically. With the Easy Press on a 100% cotton shirt the design was fully attached after 2 x 30 second cycles. We're very pleased with the outcome and ease of use with this product and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this again.

My biggest concern with this product was how well would the colors reproduce and survive washing. It passed both tests with flying colors! This is a very thin white iron on material that you can run through your inkjet printer. Things you print on it will look like what your print on a bright white paper INCLUDING the white paper. It is not transparent. So unless you iron this on to a white shirt (which I did) or trim the excess around the image (which I also did) you will have ironed on a noticeable white block. I suggest being clever and giving your image a solid border, and trimming to that.If you do a little planning you can get multiple images on a sheet and cut them out for different applications.I washed the shirt multiple times and had images on both the front and back and had no issues.

This says it works with dye ink OR pigmented inks, but the package says it requires pigmented ink.Pigment ink (aka color resin) is not the normal ink for inject printers. It uses pigment-based colors, and has qualities similar to paint, with larger particles that stand up and catch the light. Pigment ink is also more permanent and fade-proof.Dye ink is "normal" inkjet ink. The vast majority of printers use dye ink (aka sublimation ink). Some people are adamant one way or another. I'm just a hobbyist, but my understanding is that pigmented is better for permanence, but normal sublimation is fine. Also you may be able to find pigment ink cartridges for your printer, and switch back and forth as needed. But be aware, the thicker pigment ink could clog up your inkjet if it's not designed to take pigment inks. Do some research first. As for the paper, it's thin but it's fine. It's a little finicky, especially for detailed work. Name brand paper is going to be thicker, better color quality, better a details, and a little easier to use. But this is a fun starter kit, especially for kids and school or family projects. If you're new to this I suggest looking up a video.
