I made custom shirts for my teenage children that were very much admired. Pretty easy except that you can't use an ironing board for the pressing. My husband had a smooth flat stone just the right size in his woodshop that I used. Then I bought a CriCut 12x12 inch ironing mat that I expect to use the next time

I’ve been using the TransOurDream Tru-Heat Transfer Paper for a few custom T-shirt projects, and it works well overall. The transfer paper prints clearly with my inkjet printer, and the colors come out vibrant, especially on darker fabrics. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that, while it works well for dark fabrics, I had a bit of difficulty with some designs not transferring as evenly as I’d hoped. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did require a bit of trial and error.

Now matter what I did, it just didn't come out nice. The backing was difficult to pull. Thankfully I was using it for my toddler's shirts to label them for daycare so nobody sees the inside of his shirt anyways so it doesnt matter that it looks like paper was just glued to his shirt, but I wouldn't buy this again.

I don’t even normally do reviews but this product is so bad I wanted to warn others! I make tons of T-shirts with printed pictures on them and have NEVER had problems like I did with this paper! The colors were dark, some photos turned pinkish red hue all over from ironing, and worst of all - the black ink was like loose powder and rubbed off the printed photo barely touching it when working with it to iron - despite waiting over an hour of “sitting†time and following all directions to a tee! I couldn’t even use either shirt and they were party gifts - just horrible- will redo with better paper!!

Used it in crafting some dice bags for my D&D playing man and our friends. I can follow my little embroidery project now. I'd tried other transfer paper but it ended up being cricut reverse paper, then I tried white chalk, no go, but THIS heat transfer paper is PERFECT! It was a little hard to peel off and a bit delicate once off, but as long as you follow the instructions it was magnificent. After I complete all the embroidering, I feel l'd like to wash or scrape the edges to get rid of the excess, but if it doesn't fall away with lavender oil soap or with a utility knife, might embroider black over it for a full, quality feel. That said, I'll also use this heat transfer paper for shirts, canvas shoppers, etc...YES! Totally worth it!

Worked well. Follow instructions. No need to spend when you can create the image from home on a tshirt. Find image on internet. Screenshot. Edit in photos and viola.

Arrived superfast just what I need to create some T-shirts. Haven’t used it yet but looks simple enough.

I had never used printable vinyl before. I bought a new inkjet printer so I was wanting to do this for ages and it was easy.
