This item arrived quickly,securely packed,undamaged,and better than described.Back pain has met it match with this amazing device.Manufactured way better than many items in this category and reasonably priced,this is one item that any back pain sufferer will want to own.Able to be used while sitting or laying,this puppy gets the job done.Designed to contour to any spine by squeezing the attached bulb that easily inflates,and deflates to suit individual shapes.Concurrently it offers three heat settings and timer function,to prevent overheating.There are two detachable long cords.One for at home use with a standard two prong plug,and another for the car that attaches to a cigarette lighter.The heat output is amazing !! It heats quickly deeply penetrating the affected area while effectively melting pain away.Personally I find it perfect for those who spend a lot of time sitting at a desk or driving,as it's adjustable contour will ensure straight posture alignment,even without using the heating function.Being extremely impressed with its overall quality,design,versatility,and price,this item has eared my seldom awarded full endorsement.This bad boy will not disappoint.Hopefully those deciding to place this order will be as equally impressed and satisfied as I am with their decision to purchase.

This is way overpriced for what it actually is. It uses a blood pressure cuff style pump to increase the pressure on the lumbar support. It’s not even high enough to truly feel like it works well, and the only thing it has in it is heat, which doesn’t always bring pain relief. I wish it had some vibration feature or something for those of us who find our backs hurt after time in the car. It’s comfortable enough, but I wish it were just a tad taller. I do not notice it helping my pain.

This heated lumbar pillow feels amazing on my back! The heat is really soothing and helps with my lower back pain. It's easy to use - you just plug it in and the heat starts right up. My only complaint is that it sometimes slips out of place when I move around in my chair. But overall, I'd still recommend it because the heat feels so good and it's made a real difference for my back.

Cheap, works great if you have lower back pains. I could use a big more adjustment options and slightly larger pillow for this price personally but thats just my opinion.

this heating pad is unique in that it is like a memory foam shaped pillow. So you turn the heat on w/ the timer and sink back into it. My back hurts low and I can put it just right and I sink right into it.It also has a pump if you want it firmer to add air. I did not feel that necessary but it might be good for some people.It does have to be plugged in and comes with an adapter to plug into a standard wall outlet or a cigarette lighter in your car.Great deal for under $30
