I bought this brand and the one made by Mothers at autozone. The 2 looked identical. And this one cost less. They worked the same producing the same result. I am happy with this brand. Save me a few dollars. This is the way to go.

Wow, if ever a product packaging was trying to look like another better-known car detailing product sold by a company named after two male siblings that dabble in chemicals, this is it. The quality of what's in the box could go either way, and fortunately, these are high quality clay bars.Using clay bars (and their lubricant) on your paint after washing your car but before waxing is a really important step to get the contaminates removed from the surface that simple car washing can't remove (acids from bird poop, pollen that's been baked in by a hot sun, bugs and tar). This kit fits the bill as it provides the bars, the "make your own clay lubricant" tablets, and a microfiber cloth to wipe afterwards. You'll only remove a small portion of the clay bar, flatten it out, pre-lube the area with the spray, and then rub the surface. You won't believe the stuff that comes off the paint and how smooth it is after the treatment.I honestly could take-or-leave the "make your own" clay lubricant tablets as you put one in a spray bottle, add water, let it dissolve, and go to work. It does a well-enough job, but I think I'll just use those as backup in the event my typical detailer spray runs out and I forgot to buy more. I bought this more for the clay itself because you can never have enough.I think this product works great, is a bit cheaper than its bigger name rivals (especially if you're looking at B&M auto stores prices) and does exactly what I need it to do with no hassles. Great product!

This kit includes everything you need for a thorough detailing job: 4 clay bars, 10 effervescent tablets (each makes 16 oz of Clay Luber), a spray bottle, and a microfiber towel. It takes the guesswork out of choosing the right clay bar, detailing spray, or towel—no more decision fatigue or anxiety about picking the wrong products! The process is straightforward and not as intimidating as it might seem. After washing and drying the car, I followed the instructions, working on one section at a time with the clay bar. I quickly learned to fold and stretch the clay frequently and to spray it directly with the lubricant to maintain a smooth, protective layer between the clay and the paint. I chose to work bare-handed so I could feel the surface and ensure no spots were missed.A few tips: You don’t need to press hard—gentle pressure is enough. If you drop the clay bar, just discard it (you have extras) to avoid picking up dirt or debris that could scratch the paint. If you’re prone to dropping things, consider cutting the bars in half and using one half at a time. The results were impressive—the paint felt incredibly smooth to the touch, and the difference was noticeable immediately. Remember to move the clay in straight lines or a crosshatch pattern, avoiding circular motions to prevent swirls. After claying, it’s essential to follow up with wax protection or move straight to ceramic coating to seal and protect the surface. Overall, this kit made the process easy, effective, and stress-free!

I had a few ding spots in my car that didn’t come off in the car wash or when I tried with a towel and I was looking for a clay bar. I read that clay bars may work and I found this product.Using the clay bar is very easy, I ensured my car was clean per the instructions. Once you have a clean car you put one of the provided tablets in the spray bottle, put water in to the fill line and let the tablet dissolve for a few minutes. I sprayed my dark spot with a little spray and broke off a little of the clay and rubbed the spot for a few seconds. I noticed that the spot started to disappear and as I kept rubbing and it ended up going all the way away. I cleaned many dark spots with one bit of the clay. I imagine that this kit would work for the average car owner for more than five years even with heavy use.For $20 at the time of writing this review I consider this a decent price point. There are cheaper products in the market but I haven’t used them. I know this product works well.I was only caring to get clay bars but this came with a microfiber towel and a spray bottle with ten lubrication tablets.
