So I needed to do some repairs and thought this was better than sewing a thin fabric. It worked really well and has stayed in place for a couple of weeks now. It is durable and a good value. I got a lot of tape. It is hard to separate from the the thin layer of plastic to adhere but really strong

I used it on my winter jacket. It held up all winter without coming apart. It very sticky, so use care when placing it on fabric.

I purchased this tape to use on a homemade bedskirt, as my mattress is super heavy to keep lifiting for a traditional bedskirt. The first round of use and the skirt slipped off after a day, not good enough adhesion. So I thought I'd try a double layer and it worked. I placed a layer on the bottom mattress/box spring then a layer on the skirt itself and voila, Still holding after a month. You seem to spend more time trying to peel off the paper backing then anything else. That was a real pain! Overall, it does work but I am giving it 4 overall stars because of my complaints listed above.

I bought this thinking it was washable and dryable, but I did not read all the description so it did not work for me but for a temporary fix it’s very lasting!

Initially I thought this tape worked great but in less than 24 hours the fabric became unstuck. Maybe the fabric I was trying to stick together was too thick or uneven to hold well (see photos).

I purchased this to "hem" some curtains. This tape is amazing. VERY easy to apply and the adhesive works great. My curtains were too long and with this tape, they now look custom-made! Very easy to use- you just roll out the tape on the surface and then peel back the opposite side. Strong adhesive. Should work for a variety of uses. I used the 1/4" for the curtains, but I like it so much, that I just ordered 1/2" to have on hand!

This double-side fabric tape claims to be heavy duty AND waterproof. I assure you it is NEITHER OF THOSE things. Used it to secure canvas sheets together. I made extra sure to press/secure the sticky sides down with the flat side of a ruler to really make sure it had adhered to the first side before taking the backing off. Then I did the same once the canvas was aligned. It seemed to work better than my original test piece. The test piece was simply slapped together & then after about an hour I decided to wet the canvas to see just how "waterproof" it was. It started caming apart right away. So instead of tugging at it, I thought I'd leave it to air dry thinking maybe it wouldn't come completely apart... 24hrs later it did in fact come apart.Against my better judgment, I figured it would work OK for the larger project I wanted it for since it wouldn't be getting wet so I went ahead & completed it with the method of pressing/sliding the rulers edge along the tape backing once I had it in place. Well as you can see... 1 hour later the seams I "taped" together have come completely apart. This may work for wrapping paper but it absolutely does NOT work on fabric.

I use this not just to hem clothing but for any other simple adjustments needed to my clothing, including ironing on artistic patches to my clothing.
