I have a dress that was 6 inches too long. It was literally dragging along the floor and I would’ve tripped over it as it was. I got a quote of $110 to have it altered, so decided to try this tape instead. It worked amazing! And honestly so easy to use. I am so happy with how it turned out, and I saved myself $100.

This product didn’t work for me. I had to scald my pants with the iron before it decided to adhere to them. Maybe it’s just no good for use on synthetics, but if I had a pair of pants made of natural fibers, I’d be taking the time to hem them for real.Updating my review: It does work great on other types of fabric like a cotton blend!

Game changer and it even holds up after washing!!I was very skeptical when this was recommended as an idea for hemming my husband‘s dress pants and shortening all my daughter‘s pants because she’s petite; but it worked!!! I used it on all of her sweatpants and my husband‘s dress pants. That adhesion was really good and the quality was surprisingly exceptional. It held and was great. Great price & I still have a lot more to use after doing a lot of pairs of pants.

Very minimal instructions on the box. No specifications for temperature setting,whether you need an additionalcloth over the garment, etc. Tried using a cotton cloth in between the garment and the iron, and the tape stuck to the cloth but did mot adhere to the garment. If the tape has a specific side that should be facing down it’s not apparent and they don’t tell you. Followed instructions exactly, and what a mess! Complete waste of time and money.

It works but not as well as the better known brand. I have to repeatedly steam the piece in place to get it attached and it seems to take 3x as long. I am attaching a tape trim to linen drapes so nothing is too heavy or thick. Not sure how it would work on thicker fabrics.It is a good price but I will pay a bit more in the future to be sure it sticks more easily and permanently. No idea how long this brand will hold but my fingers are crossed.I don’t recommend and suggest looking at other options.

If you follow the directions and put the tape between the layers of fabric instead of on top in contact with the iron, it works great. All those reviews complaining that it ruined an iron - they did not read the directions They did not look at the image of the instructions on the listing.

J'ai acheté des rideaux trop longs et je ne me voyais pas faire de la couture avec un ourlets sur 2 fois 1m40...alors j'ai acheté ce ruban et franchement, je suis très satisfait, une fois les mesures prises, j'ai positionné le ruban, plié le bas du rideau pour qu'il recouvre le ruban et avec mon fer, pleine vapeur, j'ai repassé les deux epaisseurs...ca tient bien, c'est invisible, rapide, et vu la longueur du ruban, je peux racheter d'autres rideaux avant de tomber en panne !

L'ho usato per fare la piega a delle tende ed è stato molto utile. Facile da utilizzare velocissimo a scaldarsi e fermare il tessuto. Ho provato ad usarlo su un paio di pantaloni di velluto molto spesso e non ha funzionato...probabilmente era un tessuto troppo pesante. In ogni caso mi ritengo soddisfatta

Über die Haltbarkeit können wir noch nichts sagen aber es funktioniert sehr einfach und unkompliziert und hält für den Anfang wirklich gut.
